How do I create a New Event?

Prerequisites:
  1. You are currently inside the Chapter or Hub that you want the event to exist under.
  2. You are an administrator of the Chapter or Hub.

Steps to Complete:
  1. Verify you are inside the Chapter or Hub that you want the event to exist under.
  2. Click the dropdown labeled "Create Hubs"
  3. Click "Event"
  4. Fill out all information on screen.
  5. There is a checkbox at the bottom to indicate if this event is ready to be published to all members of your Hub.  It is recommended to un-check this box at this time.
  6. Next, you need to click "Webform" at the top right of the activity feed on the event page.
  7. Create your RSVP questions in this WebForm.
  8. Once completed, click Save, and go back to the main event page.
  9. At the main event page, click "Edit" on the top right of the activity feed.
  10. Here, you can make any final changes (including uploading a custom image for your event), and check the box to publish your event.  Once you click save, the event is available to all members of your parent hub (usually your chapter)!
