Can you please provide information as to how CISV USA plans to use the membership database that will be growing as all of our chapter members join CISV Central? I would like to proactively address this concern that I expect to get from some board members. Will CISV USA use our names/address for fundraising campaigns, and if so, will those campaigns be coordinated with the chapter's own findraising campaigns? In what other ways will chapter members' names/addresses be used?
The membership of CISV Central information will not be used for fundraising. We have a separate database that we are working on for donor information that the chapters can participate in it if they choose. The names and addresses will be stored as an easy support for chapters to keep up with their members. I hope this helps but please let me know if you have further concerns.
